愛(ài)普生是日本有名的頻率元件制造商,專業(yè)生產(chǎn)銷售石英晶振,石英晶體振蕩器,貼片晶振,晶體濾波器等.發(fā)展至今已是國(guó)際有名的晶體元件制造商,致力于為客戶提供高性能,高可靠,高品質(zhì)晶振產(chǎn)品。
日本進(jìn)口愛(ài)普生晶振FA-238和FA-238V是一款小體積晶振尺寸3.2x2.5mm四腳貼片晶振,無(wú)源晶振,石英晶體諧振器,頻率12MHz至15.9999MHz可以選擇FA-238V,頻率16MHz至60MHz之間的頻率可以選型FA-238系列。隨著EPSON精度和穩(wěn)定性更好的TSX-3225晶振的推出16MHz至48MHz已經(jīng)可以由更高精度的TSX3225系列完全替代了,因此,盡管3225貼片晶振是目前的主流規(guī)格,但是愛(ài)普生晶振代理商億金電子FA-238與FA-238V兩款晶振的現(xiàn)貨庫(kù)存品種合作一起也不及TSX-3225型號(hào)的20%。因此我們對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)工程師的建議是新項(xiàng)目晶振選型,盡可能選擇后者。需要注意的是愛(ài)普生3225晶振目前只有一款FA-238A汽車級(jí)晶振。

石英晶體諧振器是一種生活中隨處可見(jiàn)的電子器件,誕生于20世紀(jì)20年代初,因具有較高的品質(zhì)因數(shù)及良好的頻率穩(wěn)定性,被廣泛應(yīng)用于航天、通信、軍事等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。顧名思義,制造石英晶體諧振器的原材料就是石英晶體,一種非常重要的壓電材料。其主要特征是其原子或分子有規(guī)律排列,反映在宏觀上是外形的對(duì)稱性,在電場(chǎng)的作用下,晶體內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力而形變,從而產(chǎn)生機(jī)械振動(dòng),獲得特定的頻率。
