中川電子有限公司（NKG）成立于1984年，是一家總部位于香港的私營晶體元件公司，專注于石英晶體。

NKG在石英晶體交易平臺上取得了巨大的成功，并于1989年在舟山島開設(shè)了第一家工廠。在接下來的幾年中，引入了額外的頻率控制產(chǎn)品，以擴(kuò)大可以提供的產(chǎn)品范圍。

2006年，制造工廠遷至江蘇蘇州市，并決定與石英領(lǐng)域的其他制造商合作。這一有先見之明的決定帶來了節(jié)省成本的好處，同時降低了生產(chǎn)成本，可以轉(zhuǎn)嫁給客戶，同時還允許通過共同投資最新技術(shù)和機(jī)器來擴(kuò)展產(chǎn)品線。

從1984年成立至今，NKG已發(fā)展成為世界上最受認(rèn)可和經(jīng)驗(yàn)最豐富的頻率管理產(chǎn)品制造商之一。從簡單的音叉表晶到高穩(wěn)定性的恒溫箱控制晶體振蕩器，NKG提供業(yè)內(nèi)最全面的頻率管理設(shè)備系列。

我們的香港總部按照ISO 9001和14000運(yùn)作。我們的生產(chǎn)基地通過使用TS 16949等附加系統(tǒng)，在先進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下運(yùn)行。我們遵循電子行業(yè)行為準(zhǔn)則（EICC – 今天由 RBA 制定）的目標(biāo)。生產(chǎn)基地已通過相應(yīng)的EHS審核。

stablished in 1984, NAKAGAWA Electronics Limited (NKG) is a privately-owned crystal components company based in Hong Kong focused on quartz crystals.

NKG achieved great success in their quartz crystal trading platform and in 1989 expanded by launching their first factory in Zhoushan Island. In the following years, additional frequency control products were introduced to broaden the line of products that could be offered.

In 2006 the manufacturing plant moved to Suzhou City, Jiangsu, and the decision was made to collaborate with other manufacturers in the quartz sector. This prescient decision resulted in cost-saving benefits that simultaneously reduced costs of production which could be passed on to the customer whilst also allowing for an expansion of the product line through co-investment into the latest technology and machinery.

From its inception in 1984 through to the present day, NKG has grown to become one of the most recognized and experienced manufacturers of frequency management products in the world. From simple tuning fork crystals to high stability oven-controlled crystal oscillators, NKG offers the most comprehensive line of frequency management devices in the industry

Our Hong Kong HQ operates under ISO 9001 and 14000. Our manufacturing sites operate under advanced standards by utilizing additional systems such as TS 16949. We follow the aims of the electronic industry code of conduct (EICC – today by RBA). Manufacturing sites have passed corresponding EHS audits.

We are committed to the restricted use of conflict metals and routinely inspect our suppliers in order to verify non-use of restricted sources.

Engineering Support

Professional engineering personnel with over 30 years of experience in the field. Our engineering labs located are located in China and the USA. We offer advanced board testing capability for customer applications. These include:

Frequency matching test to ensure crystal works at the desired frequency

Determination of circuit’s negative resistance and circuit margin

Determination of drive level that oscillator provides for the crystal

On-site training for general introduction of frequency control components and board tests

Product Environmental Compliance

We offer RoHs compliant products since 2004, majority fully compliant

Exemption 7(a) for Pb contained in high melting point solder alloy, used in certain types of SMD tuning fork crystals and special high- end oscillators for telecom

Exception 7(c) for Pb contained in piezoelectric devices (used in ceramic resonators and filters) and in glass compound (used in glass seal SMD crystal)

Our products are halogen-free per IPC J-STD-709, verified since 2008

We are continuously monitoring for updates of REACH’s list of SVHC’s in order to ensure that all our products remain compliant

In 2008 we obtained confirmation that all our products be of PFOS/PFOA

None of our products use PVC or phthalates in plastic-like encapsulations

Our environmental compliance extends to packaging materials
